You’ve been told a story that you had to look a certain way in order to feel pretty.

You have been taught by the media, your family, and friends that the only way to be thin is to go on diet. In the end, it doesn’t work and you are left feeling restricted and frustrated.

From the moment you wake up until you go to bed, all you can think about, is how uncomfortable you feel in your body.

It’s a vicious cycle that has food controlling you and your emotions. This is not how you want to live.

You are trapped, and you are stuck hiding in a body that isn’t the real you.

Your desire is just to be free. Free to eat what you want without the guilt. Free to be your true greatest self.

Why does it have to be so hard?

Hey, I’m Pam!

I'm on a mission to inspire women to create a new body story, so they can cultivate a sense of self love, self worth, and love their bodies more. 

I've taught dozens of women to shift their thoughts and reframe their mind, and be more in control of their emotions so they can lose the weight, and be happy and comfortable in their bodies. 

I'm passionate about empowering women to discover who they truly are, and unleash the greatness they have within them, so they can be their true self,  and F.L.Y. (finally love themselves) 

My Body Story

When I was growing up, I had little to no confidence in myself, and a very low self-esteem. I turned to food to cope with my emotions, which only got in the way of succeeding in life. 

I was constantly told that I didn't know anything, and I was fat. I had to finish my plate clean, and was constantly working out to counter all the food I ate. I believed that if I I was skinny, I would be happy.

I was constantly criticizing my body, and no matter how hard I worked out, or what diet I tried, I could never be happy or comfortable in my own body. 

I got to a point where I just in a whirlpool of my own negative thoughts, keeping me in a depressed state feeling sorry for myself. I felt all alone, and knew something had to change, otherwise I would be in a place where I didn’t want to be for the rest of my life.

It was the moment that I was introduced to meditation and journaling to shift my thoughts and get rid of that person that I didn’t want to become.

After meditation and lots of journaling, I was able to welcome a new Pam that could was happy, could love herself, and her body. 

Now I'm here to help you do the same. 

Today, I teach women who were once like me, lacking confidence and self-esteem get to a place of peace and happiness with who they are. 

My goal is to help you realize and unleash this amazing incredible person you have within you, and have the world meet her too.
