About the Author

Pam Lozano is a certified health and life coach specializing in emotional eating and mindset changes to help women end their body struggles with food.  

She has an international practice helping women get out of their own way and step into their greatness so they can be happy and confident in their body. 

She is the creator of the F.L.Y. Formula, a 90-day program to help women accept and love their bodies.  

Originally from Houston, TX, Pam graduated with a journalism degree from Texas A&M University and currently reside in Cincinnati, OH with her husband, and two fur babies.
